Our Açaí Purée brings the authentic taste of the Brazilian Amazon straight to your kitchen – 100% natural, with no added sugar, preservatives, or additives.
We offer different quality grades to meet the diverse needs of our customers:

Açaí Médio: approx. 12–14% solids, medium quality, and the most common variant.

Açaí Especial: approx. 14–16% solids, thicker consistency, and premium quality.
Freshly harvested açaí berries are carefully processed and flash-frozen immediately after harvest to optimally preserve nutrients, flavor, and color.
Perfect for smoothie bowls, sorbets, cocktails, healthy snacks, and functional foods.
In addition to the classic purée format, we also offer açaí as convenient fruit cubes – ideal for custom blends and easy, portion-controlled use.
Processing
100% pure fruit purée, free from agrochemicals – available as gently pasteurized for safety and shelf life or non-pasteurized for an authentic, fresh taste.
